From 1 July 2015, Felix Schaefer (44) joins the Düsseldorf office of Wilhelm Rechtsanwälte to lead the firm’s practice group Corporate.
Schaefer has extensive experience in advising companies and their management in critical situations, in particular regarding reorganization and insolvency related issues. Before joining Wilhelm, Schaefer was a partner with an international major law firm for several years where he specialized in corporate law, insolvency law and capital market law.
Already with effect from 1 June 2015, the firm appointed Dr. Fabian Herdter (38) as new partner. Working in the firm’s Insurance & Liability practice since 2012, Herdter advises clients among others on D&O and fidelity insurance.
