Renowned publishing house JUVE has awarded the Wilhelm Rechtsanwälte as Germany's "Law Firm of the Year for Insurance Law 2017".
In their statement, the editors particularly commend the firm’s advice of policyholders on issues relating to D&O, plant construction, compliance and liability: "The law firm, which is frequently recommended in insurance law, is highly specialized, but unlike other insurance law boutiques works mainly at the side of companies that assert claims for insurance cover or need products for certain risks. With its successful concept, the law firm continues to gain mandates from DAX corporations." The editors also praise the far-seeing development of related advisory fields such as corporate law, criminal law and advice in critical situations.
The annual awarding by JUVE – Germany’s leading lawyers’ magazine – is based on recommendations by companies and competitors as well as on research by the JUVE editors. Already in 2011, the law firm Wilhelm was awarded "Law Firm of the Year for Insurance Law" by JUVE for the first time.
