Maximilian Hofmann advises our clients on national and international commercial and corporate law. He further focuses on the advice of manufacturers, suppliers and trading companies on distribution and commercial law. Respectively, Maximilian Hofmann supports companies from the form of contract to the processing of the contract.
Maximilian Hofmann specialized in economic law already during his studies at the University of Münster and intensified his knowledge constantly attending numerous advanced courses. Maximilian Hofmann performed additional qualifications at the leading institute for information-, telecommunication- and media law ITM.
During his legal education at the Northrhine-Westfalian Ministry of Economics, Maximilian Hofmann gained practical experience with small and medium-sized companies.
Mr. Hofmann is business fluent in English.
