Dr. Friedrich Isenbart

Dr. Friedrich Isenbart specializes in corporate law. He advises national and international clients in the field of M&A, Private Equity, MBO, Compliance, reorganization and restructuring.

Prior to working with Wilhelm, Dr. Isenbart was working for a major American law firm in Frankfurt in the areas of M&A, Private Equity, restructuring and corporate law as well as for a renowned law firm in Düsseldorf specialized in banking law. He possesses particular experience with transactions in the financial industry as well as with transactions of companies in critical situations and insolvency.

Dr. Isenbart was involved in various transactions and restructurings in the German banking industry as well as in cross-border restructurings. Furthermore, he worked on real estate transactions as well as the purchase of loan portfolios and advised on general corporate and economic law (especially banking and capital law).

Moreover, Dr. Isenbart possesses experience in litigating complex legal disputes concerning banking and investment law for national and international clients.

Dr. Isenbart studied law in Osnabrück, Paris and Lausanne. He is fluent in English and French.
