Profil

Alicia Verdugo Morales advises our clients on insurance law and liability law. She clarifies compensation or cover issues in connection with directors‘ and officers’ liability and fidelity cases. With her expertise in criminal and labour law she is able to take coordinated action at all levels against liable parties and those responsible following cases of e.g. fraud or breach of trust.

Alicia also advises companies and their insurance brokers on the design of group-wide insurance programmes and the structuring of insurance purchasing.

Alicia studied law in Tübingen. Before being sworn in as a lawyer, she had already spent two years at WILHELM as a research assistant and trainee lawyer working on major claims. In addition, she worked at the federal headquarters of a leading employee association during her elective station and completed internships at renowned criminal law firms. She speaks English, French and Spanish.
