Dr. Fabian Herdter (35) joins Wilhelm’s insurance law team from 1st September 2012.
Dr. Herdter previously worked at the Düsseldorf office of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek in the practice group Insurance/Reinsurance, where he advised clients among others on liability insurance and group insurance.
Dr. Herdter strengthens Wilhelm’s focus on directors’ and officers’ liability and insurance. During the last years, the law firm was able to steadily expand the representation and advice of companies and managers in this field. “We are happy that Mr. Herdter supports us on the further development of our practice group especially in the area of D&O with his expertise and experience”, says partner Dr. Mark Wilhelm.
Another focus of Dr. Fabian Herdter’s work is on group insurance. As a research fellow at the Institute for Insurance Law/House of Finance at Goethe-University Frankfurt, he obtained his doctorate on group insurance. At Wilhelm, he will advise companies on the drafting of own group insurance concepts.
