The law firm Wilhelm announces the opening of an office in Berlin. From 1 September 2014, three lawyers will advise national and international clients at Wilhelm’s newly established office in the German capital.
The office will be led by partner Dr. Axel A. Thoenneßen (46). Thoenneßen joins Wilhelm from his own well-established law firm in Düsseldorf and Berlin. He specializes in insurance law as well as in medical law and has many years of litigation experience.
Thoenneßen will be supported by Of Counsel Beliz Dağlı (41) who is qualified in insurance law, social law and medical law, and by Of Counsel Werner Becker who specializes in corporate law and criminal law.
Following the demand of Wilhelm’s clients, the Berlin office will advise companies and decision makers comprehensively on complex insurance, liability and corporate matters in critical situations. Thoenneßen and Dağlı have particular expertise in advising healthcare providers as well as pharmaceutical and medical technology companies. Wilhelm thus further strengthens its healthcare practice.
