According to a survey by the British journal Finance Monthly, the law firm Wilhelm is Germany’s “Private Equity Law Firm of the Year 2014”.
With its annual “Financial Business Award for Achievement”, Finance Monthly recognizes achievements of companies who have a proven track record in innovation, and who have demonstrated strategic vision.
The award is based on votes by more than 15,000 Finance Monthly-readers and industry peers. In the category “Private Equity Law Firm of the Year – Germany”, Dr. Friedrich Isenbart received the highest number of votes for Wilhelm Rechtsanwälte.
“This award is an acknowledgement of the constant development of our M&A practice, in particular in the banking and insurance sector”, commented Dr. Mark Wilhelm, partner and founder of Wilhelm.
In 2012, Wilhelm already received the “Ukrainian Banker Award: M&A Deal of the Year” from the journal InveztGazeta for its advice on the purchase of the former Commerzbank subsidiary PJSC Bank Forum in Ukraine.
