Incomprehensible clauses in insurance conditions

Insurers always incorporate standard insurance conditions in their insurance contracts. Regularly unfavourable provisions for policy holders (risk exclusions, obligations) are included in clauses of standard insurance conditions.

Despite careful reading, policy holders do often not understand these clauses. This may indicate the ineffectiveness of the clause.
