Profil
Dr Friedrich Isenbart specialises in corporate law, compliance, regulatory and reinsurance law. He advises on national and cross-border transactions (asset and share deals) as well as capital market and regulatory law issues.
Friedrich also focuses on compliance and the organisation of companies. He advises clients on the optimisation of internal processes and structures and the establishment of effective compliance systems.
Friedrich also regularly assists reinsurers in major national and international liability proceedings (litigation monitoring) and advises on reinsurance coverage issues.
Before joining WILHELM, Friedrich worked for several years in Frankfurt am Main at a major international law firm in the areas of corporate and restructuring as well as at a leading German law firm specialising in banking law. He studied law in Osnabrück, Paris and Lausanne.

- Enforcement of claims for damages against a former managing director for an international plant construction company
- Advising a group of companies on profit transfer in connection with the company's own captive
- Representing a financial services provider in a dispute with a major French bank as former contractual partner
