Das ab 2023 geltende Lieferkettengesetz wird die Lage in der von Ausschlüssen, massiven Preiserhöhungen und Kapazitätseinschränkungen geprägten D&O-Versicherung weiter verschärfen. Das sagte Rechtsanwalt Mark Wilhelm von der auf Versicherungsrecht spezialisierten Düsseldorfer Kanzlei Wilhelm Rechtsanwälte am Donnerstag auf dem GVNW-Symposium, das in diesem Jahr erneut digital stattfand. „Dadurch entstehen kaum noch kalkulierbare Risiken, weil die Schadenpotenziale gar nicht klar umrissen werden können.“ [...]
