Lars Winkler

Lars Winkler heads the litigation team at Wilhelm Rechtsanwälte. He represents companies, public corporations and decision-makers in the defence and enforcement of claims such as insurance cover or claims for damages.

The aim of the representation of parties by our litigation team is always the pragmatic out-of-court settlement of disputes. However, litigation before courts is often unavoidable. Clients benefit from Lars' litigation experience and expertise in liability and insurance law, corporate law, labour law and social security law.

In 2006, Lars founded the law firm Wilhelm Rechtsanwälte together with Mark Wilhelm.

• Defending a manager from the chemical industry against claims for damages following tax losses in foreign business
• Representing an automotive supplier in the judicial assertion of claims against former decision-makers

• Advising a consortium of oil companies on claims settlement following refinery explosion (billion Euro loss)
