[...] Nach Paragraf 1a des Versicherungsvertragsgesetzes müssen Anbieter im Vertrieb "stets ehrlich, redlich und professionell" im "bestmöglichen Interesse" der Kunden handeln. und "insbesondere im Schadensfall" bei der Erfüllung von Versicherungsverträgen mitwirken. Der Inhalt der bayerischen Lösung sei damit kaum vereinbar, sagt Wilhelm, denn die sei keineswegs im Interesse der Kunden. Die Versicherer hätten nicht mitgeteilt, dass der Versicherungsschutz umstritten und die Berechnung offenkundig nicht plausibel sei. "Ehrlich und redlich sieht anders aus." [...]
