Viele Bundesligaklubs haben keine Versicherung gegen den Ausfall. Viele Konzertveranstalter sind ebenfalls nicht versichert. Diejenigen, die sich gegen den Ausfall versichert haben, liegen allerdings gerade im Streit mit den Versicherern. Die wollen für künftige Veranstaltungen das Risiko ausschließen, falls diese wegen einer Epidemie abgesagt werden müssen. Der Düsseldorfer Anwalt Mark Wilhelm glaubt, dass die Veranstalter sich in den meisten Fällen das Geld von Versicherern wiederholen können. Das gilt nicht, wenn der Veranstalter freiwillig absagt.
Kann sich ein Veranstalter Geld von der Gemeinde, dem Land oder dem Bund holen, wenn ein Event wegen einer behördlichen Anordnung abgesagt werden muss?
Nein, sagt Wilhelm: "Nach allgemeinen Staatshaftungsregeln gibt es hier keinen Anspruch." Denn der Staat sei nicht dafür verantwortlich, dass die Corona-Epidemie ausgebrochen ist.
