Eigentlich benötigen Unternehmen D&O-Policen aktuell mehr denn je. „Deutschland hat sich von einem sehr zahmen Markt zu einem der herausforderndsten D&O-Märkte weltweit entwickelt“, sagt Alexander Mahnke, Vorstandsvorsitzender des Gesamtverbands der versicherungsnehmenden Wirtschaft (GVNW) und im Hauptberuf Versicherungschef bei Siemens. Das liege vor allem an immer neuen Regulierungen und Gesetzen.
