Tobias Wessel

Tobias Wessel represents clients in disputes, particularly in the area of property insurance law.

With his experience in litigation and out-of-court dispute resolution, Tobias enforces claims for damages, recourse and cover or defends against unjustified third-party claims. He specialises in advising on property insurance and technical insurance, regularly representing insured companies against insurers to enforce claims i.a. under fire and business interruption insurance policies, among others.

Tobias studied law in Freiburg im Breisgau. He regularly publishes on selected property insurance issues.
