Verena Lee

Verena Lee advises on insurance contract law as well as labour and corporate law.

She specialises in representing policyholders in coverage disputes following claims in the area of industrial insurance. She advises companies on both liability and property insurance.

She also has experience in advising on corporate law. She advises on management employment contracts and enforces claims arising from such contracts.

Verena studied law in Cologne with a focus on insurance law and labour law as well as accompanying studies of US law. In addition to her studies, she managed the accounting and HR departments of three medium-sized companies in the real estate and healthcare sectors.

She completed her legal clerkship i.a. at the Düsseldorf Chamber of Industry and Commerce. There she advised international companies, in particular from the United States, China and South Korea. In this context, she worked closely with the Korea Desk and the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Northrhine-Westphalia and attended meetings at the German Chamber of Foreign Trade in Seoul, South Korea. She is fluent in English.
